Mmm, Mail

With joint pain, I'm pretty debilitated in terms of crafts. Remember the threads of fire? From my finger joints to my shoulder, starting at my ankles and running up through my shins. Just grading papers - the turning of the papers, the scrawling of grades - can shoot pain down my entire right side like a waterfall. My point is that I can't knit or crochet without risking future disability and lameness and massive headaches. Why, of all the things to start developing, why joint pain???
Anyway, the Fall issue of Interweave Knits is quite lovely and with my blog money burning a hole in my pocket, I am desperate to knit something. Of course, I need to finish baby items. Monday's doctor's appointment (with the rheumy) will probably just be more tests and not many answers. Meanwhile, my hands are idle.

Pregnancy did that to me, only it went away shortly after I had the baby. I think so many things can be triggered by hormones, and they just don't do the research that they should when it comes to women's health issues. I hope this resolves for you soon.
Are you on Ravelry yet???
Any results from the docs?
